Let’s Begin

Open masks and minimize for now

Open a new 700x700 white layer

Paste frame4 as a new layer

Resize by 80%

Using magic wand click inside frame to select

Selections – Modify – Expand x6

Paste a background paper of choice

I used 1

Selections – Invert

Hit delete

Move paper below frame layer

Click inside frame again

Selections – Modify – Expand x6

Paste main tube as a new layer

Resize to suit

Selections – Invert

Hit delete

Move tube below frame

Go back to background layer

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

I used 7

New layer from image

In drop down box select MC-Mask100

Invert mask data unchecked

Apply

Layers – merge group

Move into position

Duplicate – mirror and flip

Paste spring grass as a new layer

Resize by 80%

Move above mask layer

Paste flowers5 as a new layer

Resize by 80%

Move so it is under frame layer

Using embellishments decorate your tag as desired

Add a drop shadow to your layers except mask layers

Add your name and a drop shadow as before

Resize your tag to suit all layers checked

Go back over layers and sharpen

Add necessary copyright details

If you do not wish to animate

Merge all flatten

Continue for animation

Go back to your main tube layer

Using Selection tool on freehand

Draw around hand as shown here

Duplicate layer twice

On first layer

Xenofex2 – Constellation

Under Settings tab select – A few small stars

Use these settings

Apply

On second layer

Repeat filter change only random seed

Apply

Repeat for third layer

Selections – select none

Open Animation Shop

In PSP Close of layers two and three of stars

Right click on tag – copy merge

Paste into AS as a new animation

In PSP close off layer one and open layer two

Copy merge and paste into AS after current frame

Repeat for layer 3

Run your animation

Save your tag
