Let’s Begin

Open a new 600x250 white layer

Paste tube as a new layer

Don’t resize

Using MuRa Meister – Copies

Select Wallpaper from drop down box

Apply using default settings

Adjust – blur – Gaussian – 25

Apply Filters Unlimited 2.0 – Special Effects 1 – Square Bumps

Density – 48

Shading – 36

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

Apply Filters Unlimited again with same settings

Effects – Edge Effects – Enhance

Add word art – resize and position

Add a gradient glow if desired to match your tube

Add your name and a gradient glow

Add your copyright details

Go to top layer

Selections - Select all

Selections – modify – select selection borders

Select insider and border size 5

Apply

Flood Fill with Black

Selections – select none

If you do not want to add animation

Merge all – flatten and save your tag

Continue for animation

Close off layers except for background and wallpaper layer

Right click on tag – copy merge

Paste into AS as a new animation

Open bar animation

Duplicate your tag to 12 frames using CTRL+L

On animation – select all copy

On your tag – select all

Paste into selected frames

Position bars to right side and to the bottom

Release

Run your animation

In PSP Close off bottom 2 layers and open remainder

Right click on tag – copy merge

Paste into AS as a new animation

Edit – propagate paste

Drag this layer onto your animated tag

When in position release

Run your animation again to check

Save your tag
