Let’s Begin
Open a new 700x700 white layer
Open mask and minimize for now
Paste frame06 as a new layer
Resize 80%
Use magic wand to click inside frame to select
Selections – Modify – Expand x 5
Paste a scene or a background paper as a new layer
Selections – invert
Hit delete on keyboard
Selections – select none
Move this layer below frame
Paste sparkles as a new layer
Resize 80%
Paste fairylog01 as a new layer
Resize and place to right side
Paste ladder as a new layer
Resize and place on left side
Paste bird as a new layer
Resize and place on ladder
Duplicate and mirror
Place in front of log
Paste mushroom house1 as a new layer
Resize and mirror
Place to left side
Paste lantern as a new layer
Resize and place bottom middle
Paste leaf berries as a new layer
Resize and move behind lantern
Duplicate and mirror
Paste main tube as a new layer
Resize and position to your liking
Go to background layer
Paste paper9 as a new layer
Layers – New Mask Layer – From image
In drop down box select MC-Mask132
Invert Mask Data – Unchecked
Apply
Layers – Merge Group
Add your name
Add a drop shadow to your layers
Resize tag to suit all layers checked
Go over layers and sharpen where necessary
Add copyright details
Crop excess white
If you do not wish to animate
Merge all and save your tag
Continue for animation
Right click on tag
Copy merge
Open Animation Shop
Paste as a new animation
Open bling animation
Resize bling by 50%
Duplicate your tag to 6 frames
On bling - Select all - Copy
On tag – Select all – paste into current frame
Place bling over bulb part of lantern and release
Run your animation
Save your tag
