Lavender Fae

Filter – DSB Flux - Bright Noise
Filter – Alien Skin Eye Candy 4000 – gradient glow (if desired)

Let’s Begin
Resize your elements to suit as you go along


Open a new 700x700 white layer
Paste frame 3 as a new layer
Resize by 70%
Move to right side
Duplicate and mirror
Join frames at top
Merge together
Centre frames


Paste floral wicker chair as a new layer
Position on frames


Add your main tube and position on chair


Paste sparkles as a new layer
Place on right side at top of frame
Duplicate and mirror
Merge the 2 sparkles together (merge down)


Go back to your background layer
Paste a background paper as a new layer
I used the green paper and colourized to match my tube
Layers – New Mask Layer – From image
In drop down box select MC-Mask144
Invert Mask Data – Unchecked
Apply
Layers – Merge Group


Add your name
Add a white gradient glow if desired


Add a drop shadow to your layers


Resize tag to suit all layers checked
Go over layers and sharpen where necessary
Add copyright details
Crop excess white
If you do not want to animate
Merge all and save your tag now


Continue for animation
Go to your sparkle layer
Selections all – float – defloat
Duplicate layer twice


On first layer
Effects – Plugins – DSB Flux – Bright Noise
Mix – 40
Apply


On second layer
Repeat plugin
Hit mix button once
Apply


On third layer
Repeat as for second layer


Close off layers 2 and 3 of Bright Noise
Right click on tag and copy merge
Paste into AS as a new animation


In PSP Close off layer 1 and open layer 2
Copy merge and paste into AS after current frame


Repeat to bring layer 3 across
Run your animation
Save your tag
