First one, still, second one, animated

Open a new 700x700 white layer

Resize elements to suit as you go

Paste pumpkin house as a new layer

Duplicate

Working on original

Apply Gaussian blur of 15

Effects – Texture Effects – Mosaic Antique

These are the settings I used

Paste ladder

Move to left side

Paste butterfly as a new layer

Place where you like

Add your main tube

Paste the word art

Select 2 colours from your tag for foreground & background

Alien Skin – Eye Candy 5 – Impact – Gradient Glow

Under settings tab select – Patriotic

Under basic use my settings

Change the colours from patriotic using foreground and background

Apply

Move word art into position

Add your name

Add a drop shadow to your layers

Resize tag to suit all layers checked

Go over layers and sharpen where necessary

Add copyright details

Crop excess white

Save your tag

For my animated one

Go to girl layer

Using magic wand

Click the honey areas to select

Duplicate layer twice

On first layer

DSB Flux – Bright Noise

Intensity – 40

Mix

Apply

On second layer

Hit the mix button once

Apply

Repeat for third layer

Close off layers 2 and 3 of bright noise

Right click on tag

Copy merge

Paste into AS as a new animation

In PSP

Close off layer 1 and open layer 2

Right click on tag

Copy merge

Paste into AS after current frame

Repeat to bring frame 3 across

Run your animation

Save your tag
