Let’s Begin
Open a new 700x700 white layer
Resize tubes to suit as you go
Paste holly4 as a new layer
Resize by 80% x 2
Move to bottom left
Duplicate and mirror
Duplicate and flip
Duplicate and mirror
Close off background and merge visible
Resize by 80%
Position in middle
Reopen background

Use magic wand and click inside holly to select
Selections – Modify – Expand x 6
Paste a paper of choice as a new layer
I used 12
Selections – Invert
Hit delete key
Selections – Select none
Move this layer below frame

Paste scene over paper layer

Duplicate frame layer and send to bottom
Adjust – Blur – Gaussian – 15
Apply
Tramages – Tow the Line

Go back to top frame layer again
Alien Skin Eye Candy 5 – Nature – Snow Drift Width – 6
Under settings select – Dusting Moderate

Add a tree and apply the same dusting of snow
Add your main tube
Add a quote if desired and a white gradient glow
Add your name

Go over your layers and apply a drop shadow
I used 0, 0, 50, 12, black
Do not apply it to paper, scene or tramage layers

Resize tag by 80%
All layers checked
Go over your layers and sharpen where necessary
Add your copyright details
If you do not wish to add animation
Merge all – flatten
Save your tag

Continue for animation
Close off down to scene layer
Copy merge from scene layer down
Paste into Animation Shop

Open animation
Now duplicate your tag to 10 frames to match
On animation – crop to make smaller to fit frame area

Select all - copy
On tag – select all – paste into selected frame
Place snow over scene

In PSP close off opened layers and open closed layers
In PSP copy merge your top remaining layers
Paste into AS as a new animation
Edit – Propagate paste
Drag onto main tag and when in position release
Run your animation
Save your tag
