I used sparkles2

Let’s Begin

Open a new 700x700 white layer

Resize tubes to suit as you go

Paste frame5 as a new layer

Do not resize

Using Selection tool on rectangle

Draw around frame to select

Paste a paper of choice as a new layer

I used 20

Selections – Invert

Hit delete key

Selections – Select none

Move this layer below frame

Effects – Edge Effects - Enhance

Paste stars over paper

Resize to suit

Add your main tube

Add some tickets to right side

Paste tag01 as a new layer

Place to right side

Add any other elements of choice

Go back to background layer

Paste flower4 as a new layer

Position to suit

Duplicate – mirror – flip

Make any adjustments

Paste mesh and position to top of tag

Go over your layers and apply a drop shadow

I used 2, 2, 45, 5, black

Do not apply it to paper layer or main tube

For main tube change H to -11

Add your name to tag

Resize tag by 80%

All layers checked

Go over your layers and sharpen where necessary

Add your copyright details

If you do not wish to add animation

Merge all – flatten

Save your tag

Continue for animation

Close off down to and including frame layer

Copy merge remaining layers

Paste into Animation Shop

Open animation

Now duplicate your tag to 14 frames to match

On animation – Select all - copy

On tag – select all – paste into selected frame

Place animation in middle and release

In PSP close off opened layers and open closed layers

In PSP copy merge your top remaining layers

Paste into AS as a new animation

Edit – Propagate paste

Drag onto main tag and when in position release

Run your animation

Save your tag
