Let’s Begin

Open a new 700x700 white layer

From Elements folder, paste glitter spray as a new layer

Resize x 80%

Duplicate

Working on original

Adjust – Blur – Gaussian – 15

Effects – Texture EffePublish Postcts – Mosaic Antique

From Frames folder, paste frame2 as a new layer

Resize 80% x 2

Use magic wand to click inside frame to select

Selections All – Modify – Expand x 5

Paste a paper of choice from Paper folder

Selections – invert

Selections – select none

Move paper below frame

From Elements folder paste frosty window as a new layer

Resize to fit inside frame

I resize by 80% or multiples of

Paste evergreen trees as a new layer

Resize to suit then duplicate and move to suit

Remove any overhang from frame

Paste evergreentree1 as a new layer

Resize and place to left and behind window

Paste elements across top of frame

I used branch and frosty twig

Resize, duplicate and mirror

Add a ribbon to top middle of frame

Paste paper leaves as a new layer

Resize and move below frame to left side

Duplicate and mirror

Make any adjustments

Paste fence as a new layer

Resize and place in front of frame

Duplicate and mirror

Position across frame

Paste snow mound as a new layer

Resize and place in front of fence

Add your main tube

I sat my faerie on a pine cone

Add any other elements of choice

Add your name

Add a drop shadow to your layers

I used 2 -2 40 7 black

Resize your tag to suit

Go over layers and sharpen where necessary

Crop excess white

Add copyright details

If you do not want to add animation

Merge all flatten

Save your tag

Continue for animation

Close off anything above snow mound

Merge the remainder visible

Copy merged layer

Paste into AS as a new animation

Open bling animation

Delete black layer on bling

Duplicate tag to 3 frames to match

On bling – select all copy

On tag – select all – paste into current frame

Position bling and release

Run animation

In PSP close off merged layer and open the other layers

Merge visible

Copy and paste into AS as a new animation

Edit – propagate paste

Drag layer to your tag and position

Release

Run animation

Save your tag

Winter Snow

Open a new 700x700 white layer

From Elements folder, paste glitter spray as a new layer

Do not resize

Paste frosty window as a new layer

Do not resize

Remove any overhang of glitter spray

Paste evergreen trees as a new layer

Resize to suit then duplicate and move to suit

Paste icetree2 as a new layer

Resize and place in front of green trees

Paste glitter branch as a new layer

Resize and place on left side

Paste holly as a new layer

Resize and place in front of glitter branch

Paste flower as a new layer

Resize and paste over holly

Add your main tube and any other elements of choice

Paste Winter Wonderland word art as a new layer

Resize and place to suit

Add your name

Resize your tag to suit

Go over layers and sharpen where necessary

Crop excess white

Add copyright details

If you do not want to add snow animation

Merge all flatten

Save your tag

Continue for animation

Copy tag and paste into AS as a new animation

Open snow animation

Duplicate tag to 10 frames to match

On animation – select all copy

On tag – select all – paste into current frame

Position snow and release

Run animation

Save your tag

Open a new 700x700 white layer

Paste e40 (frame) as a new layer

Resize by 80%

Use magic wand and click in all sections to select

Selections – Modify – Expand x 5

Paste paper2 as a new layer

Selections – invert

Hit delete key

Selections select none

Move layer below frame

Merge frame and paper together

Duplicate layer

Working on duplicate

Toadies – Blast n Blur

X effect – 5

Y effect – 17

Apply

Paste e29 as a new layer

Paste to left side

Duplicate and mirror

Paste e12 (Candle) as a new layer  

Resize to suit

Place to bottom front of frame

Add your main tube

Add your name

For name I used a silver gradient

I added noise – Gaussian 100

Add a drop shadow to your layers

I used 2 2 50 5 black

Resize your tag to suit

Go over layers and sharpen where necessary

Crop excess white

Add copyright details

If you do not want to add animation

Merge all flatten

Save your tag

Continue for animation

Close off down to and including candle layers

Right click on tag copy merge remaining layers

Paste into AS as a new animation

Open animations

Duplicate tag to 18 frames

Use left animation to start with

On animation – select all copy

On tag – select all – paste into current frame

Position animation to right side of frame and release

Run animation

Use right animation and repeat, placing animation to left side

Run animation

In psp open closed layers and copy merge

Paste into AS as a new animation

Edit – propagate paste

Drag onto your frames and position – release

Run animation

Save your tag
